From shadows to solace
In the dim corners of my room i stand
Reminiscing all those bitter past
That left a scar and shovelled me apart.
I weep in silence, afraid of those
haunting memories
Will it follow me till the end
or be buried with me in my deathbed.
All the rays of light that warmed me once
Is now blocked by seclusion.
The cold darkness has wrapped me
And at the verge of collapse I found him.
A hand that lifts me up
Brings solace to my undaunting fear
Warm me with his kindness and blessing.
A flicker of hope is ignited
Too bleak tom light up my world
but luminous enough to be noticed.
Now an eternal faith in him, is all i have
With two piece of cloth and bowl for rice
I wander like a saint
Not preaching people about life and death
But erasing traces of my past flesh.
